Shipping and Returns

We currently deliver within Germany. Additional countries will be available at a later date.

Shipping costs are shown in the cart and before completing your order. Shipping is free from an order value of €49.

The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch confirmation. Exact delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider.

After dispatch you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving reasons.

Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

The return address will be provided after your order is completed. Please include a short note with your order number with your return.

After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the purchase price within the statutory period.
